Mission Statement
To provide quality social work services for clients with physiological, social, socioeconomic, and psychological needs, make recommendations to meet those needs, and assist clients in accessing appropriate community resources. Interview requested clients and families to assure needs are being met, identify any new needs, assure appropriate services and refer client to appropriate services when necessary.

• Maintain current information and handout material about all frequently used community resources, financial benefit programs, and placement facilities.
• To give our clients complete confidentiality and conduct ourselves in a professional manner.
• To treat our clients and staff with respect and dignity, never biased to age, race, gender, religion, or disability.
• Support Groups-call for information and times available
• Social Worker is available Monday-Friday from 8AM to 5 PM and can be contacted at 322-0771 extension 176.
